We accept many major health insurance PPO’s, including Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Choice, Aetna, Humana, and Cigna. Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, Kaiser, United Healthcare, Optum or state insurance. When speaking with our administrative team, we will gather your insurance information and verify your plan’s benefits for our services.
For those without insurance, our administrative team will discuss various options with you, including our sliding scale fee system.
We understand that selecting a therapist may seem like an overwhelming process. Our administrative team is skilled at helping to match you with a therapist that will best fit your unique needs.
Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes. The frequency of your sessions is something you will discuss with your therapist at your first session.
When you first arrive, you will be asked to complete your registration paperwork, so try to arrive a few minutes early. In your first session, your therapist will take the time to understand the reasons you have sought therapy and ask you some questions about variety of topics, including your history and current symptoms. This assessment will help your therapist develop a personalized plan for treatment and you will be given the opportunity to ask any questions you have about the therapeutic process.
