Tasha is a Licensed Social Worker with a master's degree in social work from Aurora University, providing therapy and integrative healing services. She is currently practicing under clinical supervision while working toward her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification. She adheres to all ethical and professional standards required during this supervised practice, ensuring high-quality care for her patients. Tasha brings over five years of experience delivering compassionate mental health care in diverse settings, including the Department of Corrections,
non-profit addiction and mental health facilities, and inpatient addiction treatment centers. To further enhance her expertise, Tasha is actively pursuing advanced certifications in Internal Family Systems (IFS), hypnotherapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
(EMDR), enabling her to provide deeper support for trauma recovery and post-traumatic growth. Tasha provides trauma-informed individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults by incorporating therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance
and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. As part of her holistic approach, Tasha incorporates sound therapy techniques, somatic techniques, art therapy, aromatherapy, and Reiki to support relaxation and emotional
well-being. These methods are offered as integrative tools alongside evidence-based therapeutic practices. Tasha’s priority in the therapeutic relationship is to create a supportive environment where patients feel seen, heard, and empowered on their healing journey. Tasha is
